It produces graceful clusters of unique white pink flowers on strong, slender stems above lush, narrow, strap-like foliage. The colour is influenced by light and soil conditions. Flowering through summer, it brings delicate colour to borders, pots and pathways, and is equally striking planted in groups or as a soft contrast.
Like other agapanthus, Blush Pink is hardy, waterwise, and easy to care for once established. It IS slightly more delicate than normal agapanthus, so it does need a bit more care. It thrives in sun to semi shade and well-drained soil that’s slightly acidic (pH 5–6). It’s important to use ericaceous compost. Water regularly during the growing season and reduce watering in winter.

Native to the mountainous areas of Mexico, these herbaceous perennial plants or large shrubs are a lovely addition to a garden.
Red flowers with dark maroon (almost black) calyces these plants reach 2-3m high unless pruned to size. These plants flower so regularly that it’s sometimes difficult to know when to prune them back into shape. Don’t prune hard to the ground otherwise you risk losing the plant. Easy to grow shrub that likes some partial or semi shaded position. It needs some regular watering during the hottest summer months.
