Do you have an issue with a recent order? Most times, a photo of each damaged plant in its entirety top down are required for us to resolve your issue.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 7 days to return it for a refund. Please ensure you retain all packaging, manuals and any accessories to allow us in processing the return..

You may also call us on 084 958 5074 and we’ll oversee the refund process. We can also assist in putting you in touch with a courier for you to arrange your collection if required. Collection fees will apply.
Orders may only be refunded to the payment method they were purchased on. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.
