This publication is a guide to the magnificent plants of the high mountains of the Drakensberg and Lesotho in Southern Africa. It illustrates over 1000 wild flowers, trees, shrubs and ferns (with a few grasses). The publication has been authored by ELSA POOLEY.

This is a fully revised edition of the best seller TREES OF NATAL, ZULULAND AND TRANSKEI (1993, 4th Edition).  It is a compact, yet amazingly extensive guide describing all the indigenous trees, shrubs and woody climbers found from East London in the Eastern Cape to Swaziland, north of KwaZulu-Natal.  This is the second  richest flora region in Africa.
