It requires full sun to partial shade and well draining soil. It is ideal for rock gardens or planters. It is drought resistant and easy to maintain.

Crassula capitella ‘Red Pagoda’ is native to the South African provinces of the Gauteng, Mpumalanga, the Free State, Limpopo, Kwazulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. It can also be found in parts of Namibia and Botswana. It boast prominent shades of red in Winter. The ‘Red Pagoda’ is a creeper and makes an ideal ground cover. It grows up to 15cm tall with a spread of 45cm. Whilst this succulent is drought tolerant, it prefers regular irrigation. It blooms small clusters of starry flowers in the Summer. This beauty is easy to maintain and great for novice gardeners.
