Slow growing but easy to manage
Rhododendron Germania will reach a height of 1 to 2m tall and 1.2 to 1.5m wide. Rhododendrons thrive in acidic soil in full sun to semi-shade.
Simple Care, Spectacular Results
Rhododendron Gemania will make a stunning focus point in any garden. It can be planted in a pot as well as used as a border or hedge. Rhododendrons have their main flush of flowers in spring followed by a second flush in autumn.
New in South African
These plants have been imported and are new to South African conditions. I believe as long as they are not exposed to baking heat and treated as you would an Azalea you will be rewarded with a plant to brag about. The plants are available in 16 cm pots with tiny buds already showing. They are about 40 cm tall already and ready for plant up as soon as they arrive.

Clematis plants are shipped as 2-year-old plants in a 23cm pot. (as per shown under the specification tab).
Please note that the plants will not necessarily have flowers on when shipped.
Plants will be sent without their stakes so that the height of the packaging can be reduced. Every package will be sent with growing and pruning instructions.
Plants are normally shipped on a Monday - except when there are public holidays during the week - so as to avoid the chance they spend the weekend at a courier depot. We normally use the Courier Guy.

The Pillu Clematis, also known as ‘Little Duckling’, brings a delightful splash of colour and character to your garden with its compact size and uniquely two-toned flowers. On old wood Pillu flowers are semi double to double. On new growth the flowers are single. The flowers are a pale mauve pink with a deep rose bar. The anthers are large creamy to yellow in colour. In cooler climates Pillu flowers continuously from late spring through to autumn. Pillu flowers are borne from the bottom to the top of the stem. Code 2 prune.

Blue spires of flowers make this a stunning addition to a garden. This is a fast growing and tough perennial plant that grows in dry or clay or poor soil, but does need drainage. Bees love the flowers.

This lovely plant brings interest to the garden all year round, and is one of my favourite plants.
First it has the flower buds and the resultant beautiful flowers, and then the architectural seed heads throughout Autumn.
It’s an evergreen perennial which likes full sun but will appreciate some partial shade during hot summer afternoons.
The yellow hooded flowers are in clusters well above the basal foliage which remains as a low ground covering mound.
The ornamental seed heads are a great food source for birds. It is an excellent choice for cottage gardens, dry sunny borders, wild gardens and meadows.
