Hierdie spesie is bekend vir sy indrukwekkende, beeldhoukundige vorm en het breë, dik blare wat wissel van blougrys tot silwerig-groen, met opvallende, dramatiese tande langs die blaarrande en ’n kenmerkende eindsteek.
