Our featured store is the specialist camellia, rhododendron and azalea Keurbos Nursery in Elgin.
They have a wide variety of healthy, ericaceous(acid-soil loving) plants. Camellia's, rhododendrons and azaleas love a partially shady or cooler spot in your garden and they don't like to dry out. If they are wanting for water in the summer months, their buds will form, only to drop before they open.
They offer click & collect ONLY, or please organise your own courier or driver to pick up these wonderful and beautiful plants.
They also encourage visitors to come and visit - or ask questions. Keurbos normally opens for the Elgin Open Gardens at the end of October/early November.

Take a leisurely walk beneath the shade of mature trees and through our two productive vegetable gardens. Meander over tranquil streams, discover indigenous beds, fragrant rose gardens and a vibrant meadow. Enjoy the charm of our cows, working ducks and free-range chickens in their natural setting.
Guided garden walks are available for those who wish to learn more.
Avondale Wine Estate is situated outside Paarl on the slopes of the Klein Drakenstein mountains. It has magnificent views of the Simonsberg, Paarl Rock, the Klein Drakenstein Mountains and, in the far distance, Table Mountain.
Finish your walk with a tasting of the organic and biodynamic wines at the Avondale Wine Cellar.

Directions from Cape Town
From Cape Town, take the N1 north towards Paarl. Slip off the N1 at Exit 59 (Jan van Riebeeck). At the T-junction, turn right towards Franschhoek. Follow the signs and turn left into Lustigan Road (the first road to the left) and then right into the estate.
