Haworthia viscosa baster is ’n sterk, struktureel aantreklike vetplant uit die Asphodelaceae-familie, afkomstig van die natuurlike Haworthia viscosa wat in die Wes- en Oos-Kaap van Suid-Afrika voorkom. Hierdie baster behou die kenmerkende driehoekige, skerpgerande blare wat in ’n spiraal of vertikale patroon gestapel is. Afhangend van die ouerplante, kan die baster verbeterde kleur, vorm of kompakte groei toon. Dit verkies helder, indirekte lig maar kan effense direkte son verdra, en groei goed in goed dreinerende, growwe grond. Water spaarsamig en slegs wanneer die grond heeltemal droog is—moenie toelaat dat water in die blaarvoue staan nie. Soos ander Haworthias is dit droogtebestand en geskik vir binnenshuise of houergroei. Beskerm teen ryp en oorwater. Voortplanting geskied maklik deur uitlopers of blaarsteggies.

Pot Shipping Option (Not Recommended)
While we do offer the option of shipping some plants in their pots, this is generally not advisable. Shipping a plant in its pot can result in root damage due to movement and stress during transit. The roots can become constricted or disturbed, which can harm the plant. If you are still interested in this option, it must be arranged in advance with the vendor, and we will take extra precautions to pack it as securely as possible. However, we highly recommend the bare-root shipping method to ensure the best possible outcome for your plant.
**Careful Packaging**
We take pride in our packing process to ensure your plant arrives safely. Every plant is carefully packed, with extra attention to detail to protect the roots and foliage. We take care to secure the plant during transit, and make sure it is cushioned and stabilized inside the shipping box to avoid damage.

Agave titanota is ’n baie gewilde, stadig-groeiende vetplant uit die Asparagaceae-familie en is inheems aan die semi-droë streke van Oaxaca, Meksiko. The soil must be well drained. Compost and fertiliser will encourage quicker growth.
Plants should reach flowering size within 3 – 4 years.
The leaves are edible. The taste of spekboom leaves are pleasant but changes throughout as the sun rises and sets.
Weight: Fully matured spekboom leaves measure 2,2mm in length and 1,89mm in width and weight 0,64g.
